When I take a break from skiing, I start to feel more confident but when I get back to skiing I'll realize I'm not as good as I thought. But sometimes time off has helped me get better, kind of like taking break from a puzzle and then coming back with a new perspective. Maybe it's just me because I'm just a beginner right now.
yeah man, i remember a couple years ago watching some newschool tapes over the summer over and over again then going and thinking i could throw all this crazy shit and the first time i hit the table i was like....hell no.
this last summer i watched alot again and i thought i was better than i was but it gave me the confidence i needed and all of a sudden i was throwing down bio 9 tails, other crazy shit. i still think it DOES help to watch those tapes, just try and stay half in reality or you'll hurt yourself. and thats bunk.
