I would recommend going to a boot fitter for your boots. They are easily the most important piece of gear, as I'm sure you know being a former racer. I would look for the Solomon spk, Full tilt booter or full tilt high five. Those are all wide fitting park specific boots that are reasonably priced.
As far as skis, I would get the longest park ski you can find. If you are on a budget, look at:
I've never skied ninthward but I have heard they are pretty durable. As with most things you get what you pay for, so a cheaper ski might not last as long, but skiing park, no ski will last forever.

Also look at places like EVO, getboards, and the house for some good deals on last years gear.
