Everyone has a different take on what healthy living is. Some think its living a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle. Some think its getting ripped at the gym and eating protein by the scoopful. Then there are the people who just dont care and eat five pieces of pizza for dinner and wonder why they weigh 500 pounds.
Whats your take on healthy eating and living? How do you or dont you practice it? Do i sound like a high school health video?
The way i try to live healthily is by incorporating local non mass produced meats and veggies into my meals, making sure that my meals are balanced, not smoking, and excercising...enough.
