Ski boot powder straps

does anyone know what the straps that go around your ankle are called? not the ones that come on the boot but one you put on over the bottom of your pant leg to keep excess power from flying up in there?

no, just something like a velcro strap, i could makeshift something but it would be nice to get a real pair.
