The reason this is so fucking stupid is everybody(including myself) buys the skiers who are best now, as they're all $20k, then when rankings come in they all go up in price, while others go down in price, I flip my team and have 400k, then I get the people who I originally wanted & more...

This. Better skiers should cost more initially.

It would really be better for a smaller league, where you could have a draft, and no one could have the same athletes. Then you wouldn't have the ridiculous money system that allows Magnus' strategy.

Ha, no I just had Riddle, Henni, Woods and Brita the first event last year. At the time barley anyone els had picked them.

From there out I went with consistency I just had people like Russ, Woods, Geopper and Henni on my team because I knew they'd always be in the top 6.

And mens pipe is easy the top 4 is always the same... I don't see that changing.

There's also things to take in account like weather, some athletes do allot better when the weather is poor.

oh. I thought he was just trying to set up an account and buy skiers. I didn't even notice there were separate "mini-leagues" to compete in. those would be way more fun. Too bad all my ski buddies are super anti-establishment competition haters who don't follow the xgames.

Not sure if they decrease in value, I think they do. The skiers that do well definitely increase in value.
