So I wanna get new skis for my girlfriend, she is a good skier she usually just rides a simple pair of regular skis that arent center mounted. She wants to take a try at park skiing a little and I am not sure on what size ski's to get her. She is about 5'8" 135lbs. I was thinking around the 162-165 area but I'm just not sure. If any girl skiers could help me with the size that would be a great help. Again she is looking at twin tip skis that will be center mounted.
If she is a confident skier who charges pretty hard, go with something between 165-171. If she is a typical girl skier who rides a bit backseat and can make it down most anything on the mtn but not in the most confident manner, go with 163-165.
you could look to get a k2 twin tip for women. they have their bioflex core and center mounting it will help with balance for sure. The miss demeanor in a 169 may be the ticket.
