i was just curious how many people are actually on NS. when i first got on, it seemed like there was maybe 20 people, now it says there's like 210 members online!!!! holy crap!

well divide the member number by about 4 and you'll still be way off as to how many unique members there are because of how many aliases people have made

yea that would be pretty cool. i bet in the last few years the numbers would have spiked pretty high.... theres a lot of us now.

Why would you get a bad grade on that? Writing about something you know a lot about usually improves your grade.
I've written about skiing many times before and gotten very good marks on it.

Because skiing is such a small thing and there are literally hundreds of thousands of other topics that would be a thousand times easier than picking skiing as a topic. I did skiing once for some pamphlet project and it sucked so bad to find real good info that was just a bullshit website.

Some good info in there about site traffic. Obviously there is some inflation based on alias and logs from multiple computers and locations, but the site has seen incredible population and content growth over the past few years.

i have a feeling most of those unique visits are due to people using their phones/ipods to connect in places that they normally wouldnt. the stats are still very interesting to look at
