Go look at some other websites and re do yours. Simplicity is key. All those things that you do at the top, get rid of them. they look like links. the background picture...wtf? and align it. Professional Audio and Video productions looks pixely. Make it a vector.Make bottom links match order of the top links.

man, I'm not gonna to lie.. I pretty much designed all of that (besides the picture and background) in MS Paint, which for some reason wont do high res. I'm going to fix it all though when I get master collection installed on my rig.

Well then some other advise. Ditch the use of pictures for everything on the site. Learn some CSS.
