I need a new pair of skis for this season. I live in New York and I'm looking for a pair of light, soft skis, i just want to be able to do butters and rails, i'm not trying to throw huge flips off of jumps either. any suggestions?
im 5'7" and i ride them. you shouldnt have a problem i wouldnt think. and i mean really, the difference between that and say maybe a 171 is about an inch? so half an inch in the tip and tail difference
the punx and traveling circus are good, the afterbangs and masterminds are okay. But you will lack durability in the masterminds, and it is only a matter of time till you are so fed up with the abangs that you will start to hate those as well
The punx is stiffer this year. I wouldn't consider them to be soft anymore.. If you want a soft ski from atomic, take a look at the new infamous.
If you can find previous years' punx, then I would recommend them.
