yo im thinking of buying the magic flight launch box vape in my local store for around $150. am i better off getting a $150 bong or this vape. it will be my main piece and i cant decide

As an owner of both a mflb and an arizer, this is not true. I find myself using the mflb much more because of the portability and stealth factor. The arizer is much easier to use and better for noobs. Perfect to use while driving too. For $60 vs $130 its a pretty tough choice considering the pros and cons of each.

why not get both? my buddy got a bong with a perc and an ice catcher for like 65 bucks. use the leftover 85 to get a decent vape. i think my other friends has a atmos? vape pen. plus it can be used for oils/hash/flower whatever you may so choose. idk why anybody hasnt said this yet

they make pens that do both. They don't put out as much vapor as a convection based desk model like a volcano or similar, but they work. They are also great for using around because there is very little smell (and you can put eliquid on it for no smell, but I wouldn't recommend making edibles if you do this), and they look like e-digs. They are also super simple to use, like you could easily do it with gloves on while skiing.

Also, $150 is ridiculous for a mflb (assuming its the original kit). They retail at $120 for the kit from the manufacturer.

Does anyone else ghost their vape hits? I have a decent tolerance, but my little mflb gets me pretty high off a trench. Huge clouds seem like a giant waste to me. You're blowing out so much good stuff just for the visual satisfaction of blowing out pretty clouds.

Ghosting bong tokes is retarded. All your doing is letting even more tar settle in your lungs, while losing brain cells due to lack of oxygen.

Above is different from my set-up (ashcatcher-overkill IMO), but you get the idea.

People talk shit on the pax, but I love mine. Yes it was expensive, but considering I haven't taken a single combustion rip since I bought it 3 months ago makes it entirely worth the price-tag (for me at least).

I think the people that bash it either don't clean it well/properly, or they are ripping it wrong (micropuffs=$$, think of it as puffing a blunt/cigar/joint rather than just sucking down on a pipe). I've had several older-generation desktop vapes (HotBox, Volacano, etc.), and my Pax rips just as well (if not better) in half the heating time without cumbersome accessories (whips, bags, etc.).

The only other portable I've tried is the VaporBlunt2.0, and that thing is HUGE compared to my Pax. Didn't get nearly as dense of clouds either. It'd be pretty tough to beat the Pax in terms of sleek/discreet factor; I've ripped mine outside of bars, on lunchbreaks at work, even at crowded sporting-events, and people just think it's a funny-smelling Ecig.

this plus its been scientifically proven that holding your hit in for any longer than 4 seconds done not increase your high but just kills braincells and lets more tar into your lungs

I remember reading a study that said 8 but im not about to find it. I'm sure the less the better. With vapor though, there is what I would consider a negligible amount of buildup thats going to happen, especially if you're ghosting small hits.
