I hope this is true, but I don't think this is right. I think if you have a Moonlight Pass from the spring, you can ride at Moonlight and have the 50% off tickets at other Boyne Resorts. But to be able to ride at Big Sky, you have to have a Big Sky Pass. But we can hope this is true, I would be so happy to keep my Moonlight Pass and ride Big Sky midweek!

Such a Montana thing to say...

Out of every state Ive lived in Montana people are the only ones who think that a few more people moving to the state is going to affect it. Montana is 44th in population and 48th in population density. Nobody is ruining this great state so chill out.

And cant we all just be happy we will be skiing in 9 days regardless of everything else?

So we got over 8" in the base area, over 14" on the summit. Got my car stuck in the parking lot (idnt expect to get that sort of snow during the day haha). Guys its getting reeeeeal close!!!! See you bitches on swifty opening day

Hell yeah! We went to the bike jumps today and I almost got stuck too. They called for 3-5 and we ended up with 8" in 5 hours! It's about time shit started getting real. It totally seems like winter out there now:) Super stoked to shred up the gnar this season!

Lets put this Moonlight pass stuff to rest.

Email I got from them.

"Hey Andrew!



Thanks for your email. A college Moonlight Pass is still only a Moonlight terrain pass, you cannot ski Big Sky with it. Moonlight has historically opened later than Big Sky and has an opening date of December 7th.



You only have Silver level benefits at OTHER Boyne owned resorts. This means you can travel to any of our sister resorts (Brighton, Crystal, Sugarloaf, etc.) and receive 50% discount on full-day lift tickets when staying in their lodging, and $20 off up to 10 full-day lift tickets per resort when not staying in their lodging.

Also the point of the wording error on the site. It probably means silver benefits at sister resorts, but instead they said Boyne owned resorts.

THIS!!!!!!!!! Also...I know that if you bought a BS frequency card and a moonlight pass and want to upgrade to a lone peak pass, whatever you paid for the frequency card goes towards the upgrade...in case anyone had any doubts...

I heard its gonna be a yc lift. Big sky is well aware that lifts dont fare well on the peak, the tram is in the only viable spot. I also heard they're trying to figure out how to get a winch cat up liberty bowl. Ew. Sup tram lines.

But oh well. Two more days. Park is sexy. S rail looks damn fine, park crew gave you guys a super fun set up. Challenger and triple are skiing sharky as fuck, and chally will just have moonlight/midnight open. Swifty should have cj, crazy horse, mr k and maybe lobo. See you guys thursday! say hi to me on swifty haha

Does anyone know when moonlight territory is open to moonlight pass holders? i know big sky is opening tomorrow but I heard "moonlight" till the 8th. Also anyone know about the midweek dilema?

I was having a ball on mr k all weekend, even with shitty coverage. Idk why you wouldnt go up this week if you have a sky card. Skiing is skiing. You can make one hell of a fun day even if you just lap a silly groomer

The YC was skiing very nicely yesterday. Still thin coverage off the groomers but its coming down now!

The Liberty side of Lone peak looked pretty good for this early. I don't think there has been much wind stripping on that side.

Cj lobo and buffalo jump opened today. Nuking out there, should be opening andesite tomorrow orthe next day. Iron horse and pony express soon too. Today was skiing real nice, that heavier snow packed down over a lot of rocks
