i definitely have somewhat of a psychological addiction to weed, i have trouble falling asleep not stoned, etc.
yes i know its not physically addicting but once you smoke everyday for more than a year its hard not to...
it's fun tho, and makes shit more bearable. it helps with depression but i feel like its probly one of the underlying problems of it. for me...
inb4 weed's not addictive(i know that) but you can be psychologically addicted to anything

Had the same problem when i quit weed in the past, takes a while to be able to sleep again too, i also had problems with eating.

To contribute to the thread; Cigarettes. I wanna quit by the end of the year but i just gotta stop being a pussy and just do it.

dude i quit smoking cigs a couple months ago. start getting cigs with less nicotine, then start slowly smoking less. make doable goals: if you smoke 10 a day try going for a week with 9 a day, then 8 etc...
i did thhis and after about a month i was smoking 1 a day. now i have a pack in my drawer and it's lasted me forever cuz i just use them for spliffs

go for it dude. it was hard for me because i switched to marb silvers(italy) and they are the best cigs i've ever tasted, but they're the lightest marb makes for europe. i've stayed off cigs because they were giving me acid reflux problems(heartburn) and that shit sucks

im currently smoking the organic american spirits, so i guess ill go down to the light ones of those, yea man i dont get that too often from cigs but on occasion i do and it sucks..

yeah one night i drank way to much wine. the next morning i woke up with acid reflux. i was popping antacids like crazy for a couple months before i quit. i even changed my diet completely but not much helped till i quit cigs. nicotine fucks with you hard

I'm definitely very addicted to cigarettes, I've smoked for like 8 years but Im definitely starting to consider quitting.

I also have a pretty bad psycological dependency on alcohol but I'm working on cutting down and potentially going sober completely.

Other than that I have to drink coffee in the morning or I go crazy.

Weed and coffe like everyone else.... But I don't really have an issue with it. Cumberland farms and McDonalds iced coffee is only a dollar, and caffeine makes me better at everything. Room mate sells me cheap weed so I can chill out at night and fall asleep. Also, if youre becoming addicted to caffeine, try not to drink on a Sunday if youre just going to be lazy so it will work better on Monday when you need it.

Yes obviously it's a real thing. If you do anything everyday your body is going to adjust to it.

Appetite and normal sleep will return in less like a week.
