Is there a 720 60p compressed file type?

Or do i have to go down to 30p in order to get it compressed so I can throw it up on da facebooks? 4 minute vid, 29 gigs of avi. Go pro.

AVCHD in vegas jumps from standard def to 1080.....there's no 720 option. idk why.

Just export it at 30 or 24p. I don't see why you'd need to upload a video in 60p, that's only good when you're editing.
