The amount of ignorant people getting butthurt about a legitimate question in here is retarded.
What's wrong with staying healthy, and trying to avoid injury? God damn it some people on here are fucking stupid.
I'm no expert, but I do Triathlon in the summer, and on top of that i try to keep a strong core (which you need for triathlon anyway). In the fall I try to hit the gym as much as possible , and do full body work outs, as a strong upper body will also help prevent injury, and improve your stamina, especially for since i work terrain park crew all winter. Excited about this fall though, just moved to Innsbruck, and will mostly be skiing, so probably only hit the gym 1-2 a week.
