my first pair of skis were 7 inches taller then me and old dynastars from 1970 :P
my boots were three sizes to big so i stuffed the front with napkins and wore three pairs of wool socks.
fell in love with the sport and for the next ENTIRE year saved my 5 buck allowence so i could get some better skis and boots at the local sale.

had my first pair of twins stolen from the hill. my own fault for leaving them outside unattended while i was in for lunch with my friends, but the worst part was that i separated them. put on ski against the lodge, another off in the ski rack. someone obviously scoped that shit out and jacked em.

i was so fucking pissed. even worse was explaining to my parents how my brand new skis of like 6 weeks were stolen since they were a present from them.

parents feeling disappointed in you like you didn't care about something just makes you sick.

Some dude told me he spent four days meditating and then went and got soup at Wendy's. There was a toe in it, which he swears came straight from Jesus. I bought it but felt silly, so passed it along by putting it in the top of a soft serve icecream machine.
