I blew my ACL just playing indoor soccer, simply changing directions and it popped. Sucks ass but it can happen just doing dumb shit like that. I'm 27 and have never had a knee problem before - so maybe its also related to getting older.
I'm 4 weeks out of surgery now and was off my crutches at 3 weeks - driving 2nd week. To be honest it hasn't been as bad as I was expecting besides being stuck at home. I used a continuous motion machine for the first week (24/7 for the first 2 days) and I think that helped a ton. They also gave me a nerve block which was amazing so even the day of the surgery I felt fine and just played video games and shit.
Good luck man. It's a long process but you'll be fine if you follow docs orders. Crazy that you tore all 3
