i played roller hockey in the past, but the other day i went rollerblading w/ a couple of my blader friends. I had never really 'aggressively' rollerbladed, anmd after like an hour i was doing soul grinds, and makkios, and some other grinds.
Is it possible that rollerblading in the off season and when im not skiing could help me with my skiing? has anyone tried this or seen rollerbladers (good ones) ski? just wondering...
