so i recently injured my disk in my lower back, while spring skiing. I didnt herniate it but i definantly hurt it. its been 8 weeks and it still hurts if i touch it directly. i was wondering if there was any ways to heal the disk quicker and what my restrictions may be when it comes to skiing.
