I am not fat, but I am not thin either. I feel somewhat self conscious about my body and that affects my life. I am wondering if you had any tips for losing weight/ not consuming so much extra food. In addition
I am addicted to dip. I dip 24/7, after every meal, bathroom breaks, whenever Im bored. So I'm asking how should i kill the can.
Last thing i was thinking about it yet, I felt it was too daunting of a task to give up dip, soda, and any other unhealthy foods.
