What is the true breakfast of champions?

Title says it all. I know that french toast has been up there in the past, but ever since the day in the life of henrik harlaut came out it was that omelet thing he cooks. A lot of people that I ask in person either say vagina or a bowl of nails- no milk. I always eat a blueberry muffin before I shred and it gives me the power of a retarded Steve Stepp, which isnt much.

Well since I'm a champion (little league '99) myself I'll let you in on my breakfast. 3 eggs, turkey bacon, potatoes, large bowl of oatmeal, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries and a glass or two of milk.

Poached eggs on lightly toasted bread with spinach & roasted mushrooms, british pork sausages, thick slices of back bacon with slightly crispy fat, hash browns and baked beans, then thin pancakes / crepes with lemon & sugar, rolled and garnished with fresh peppermint & sliced orange, also a pineapple, mango, starfruit & melon fruit salad, and of course some yoghurt with nuts & berries.

Any type of large animal/fish, but it has to be freshly killed with either a shotgun or assault rifle. You must eat it raw and with your bare hands, none of that pussy fork and knife shit. And to wash it down? A full bottle of Jack Daniels.

Either crab cake benny with spinach and tomato or banana bread French toast with a corn flake breading. Maybe croissant french toast with some local sausage too... Man that's a tough question!

If i dont eat a huge breakfast im hungry in an hour. with it im hungry in 2 hours. every morning at 5:45 ill make bacon, eggs, french toast, oatmeal, whatever. just lots of it. breakfast rocks

Either an Omlet with crumbled bacon, spinach, green peppers, jalepenos, chives and some diced onion, or three eggs over easy on a piece of toast (and maybe a side of bacon if I have time) if I'm in more of a hurry/lazy. Add coffee and orange juice/milk to each one

my huevos rancheros is the breakfast of champions:

cut a tortilla in half, put cheese on both halves quesadilla style and put them on the pan, when they're a a tiny bit crispy and melty pull them off and roll them up--cheese roll-up things.

put those on a plate. then put two fried eggs on them, then top them with black beans, pico de gallo, and salsa. add a scoop of guac and sour cream on top, and garnish with some cilantro and a buncha Tapatio.

have a banana for dessert. so damn good.


but usually I just wait til I go to work at 9 or 11 and have the cook make me something so I don't have to grocery shop.
