Somebody put something in my drink...

So i've posted this a couple other places but i figured i'd get you guys' opinion on it.

Last night i was at a party and i was pretty drunk but not near blackout ie things are hazy but i was fully conscious of everything that was happening and i remember everything major that happened.

Anyway pretty much everyone else there was off their faces on drugs and i was offered numerous times but since it was a toss up between Mephedrone and Ket I figured i'd stick to beer and cigarettes. Towards the end of the night, like about 8am, I started feeling pretty upbeat, tons of energy etc, which judging by what i'd had to drink/ the fact i was really tired earlier/ the fact it was my third night of drinking in a row, was pretty unusual. like i've struggled to last that long on pills before, nevermind just alcohol.

So we left about 8-8:30 and get back to my friends flat. they were all crashing but i was still fucking wired. I texted another friend asking if i could stay at his cos he had a spare bed and didnt fancy sleeping on the sofa where i was. as i was walking to the other flat ( like a ten minute walk) i started feeling like really weird, almost trippy like ket, and i literally felt like i could just lie down in the street and fall asleep. i got to the apartment, had a couple cigarettes and chatted with my friend then went to bed. i was trying to get to sleep but i felt so fucked like you get from ket. i had about three hours sleep then went home where i've spent the entire day in bed because i feel so fucking horrendous. Im struggling to eat and my hangover is definitely not a typical alcohol hangover, definitely a come down.

So anyway my point is im 99% sure someone slipped me drugs in my drink or whatever since i can guarantee i didn't willingly take any. I was also speaking to my friend who was there and she said she felt really fucked up too, like in the same way, and she was sober the whole time and didn't remember taking anything either. im not a stranger to drugs so i kept it all in control but it kinda got me wondering what the fuck was going, how it happened etc

Have any of you guys ever had this? anything to share? any advice? im feeling a bit better and i think a decent sleep will help but i figured i'd discuss it here since im sure some of you might have experienced similar

i wouldn't sweat it too much. if you didn't lose consciousness, and don't have any whiz quizzes coming up, just take it as a bonus...you got free drugs.

although I'd keep a better eye on my drink if i were you....next time you might not get slipped "good" drugs and you could end up in a bad situation.

yeah it just kinda freaked me a bit. i definitely won't be attending parties there again though haha

@Gus, you can get them? i might look into it. though by the time i get one whatever i got dosed with will probably be out of my system

I'd piss in a bottle right now before it all metabolizes...then when you finally get your kit, you'll be able to test on your urine sample. If you're that worried about it that is....personally, i wouldn't waste the money. those tests are kind of expensive for the higher panel kits.

I've had my drink drugged, I don't know who did it but I probably would have drank myself into a similar oblivion so it wasn't a big deal. Ever since then I only drink when I am alone or with other people.

hmm i reckon its metabolized by now, this was like 14 hours ago (i can't be sure though, correct me if im wrong)

i reckon it was MCAT though (mephedrone) then the feeling trippy bit was coming down/ tiredness. also i wouldn't describe cat as a "good" drug but yeah i get what you mean haha

mephedrone should be detectable up to 5 days...depending on levels of consumption, metabolism, etc.

reckon i'll look into getting myself one of those, could come in handy. feeling a bit better too, actually managed to eat something, though not a lot. one of my teeth is fucking sore too, must have been grinding without realising, hate that feeling.

also just realised what the first reply is, quality post haha.

its an anaesthetic. it was developed for battlefield casualties but now its mostly used as horse tranquiliser or in hospitals (i think). its pretty fucking weird. you only need a little bit and you feel really stoned and can get weird trips too

you mean you don't? i mean, i don't do it too often any more...getting older with more responsibilities, but i'm still good to watch the sun rise a handful of times throughout the year. and then i pretty much sleep for 24 hours. i used to be good after sleeping all day - bam, ready to go out again at night. those days are long gone though for the most part...unless i'm on vacation.

we were in a club earlier on and it shut at three so we went for an afterparty. but yeah im usually dead by then too, that's why i found it so strange that i was fucking buzzing

Been drugged twice and its definitely not a pleasant experience. Being escorted home by the police and missing a whole awesome festival, and waking up by myself at a random subway station by myself, covered in vomit and no idea where my friend is (who also found himself alone on the complete other side of town, without his bag, cellphone or credit card) is not really my idea of a great night.... thank God I havent been raped or worse though, I guess Ive been pretty lucky.

Funny story. I convinced a friend to try MDMA last night. He didn't want to do a whole pill and j said relax I do like three times this usually. He still wouldn't take a whole pill. So I split the capsule and told him it was half in a parachute. But I really gave him all of it. Hehe.

haha yeah, I think I have a guardian angel or something. The weirdest part was when I was escorted home by the police, have like zero memory of it, but when I wake up the day after I'm in my bed, only wearing underwear, have my hair up in a high bun and theres a bucket next to my bed. I dont think I was conscious enough to even walk by myself, and to this day I still have no idea if the policemen actually followed me into my house and helped me puke and all that. Forever grateful if that is the case!

One of my best friends was drugged too a few years ago, and she ended up in cardiac arrest at the hospital. A miracle some random dogwalker found her passed out in a pile of snow, in -20 degrees only wearing a short dress. Ugh, I dont even want to think about what couldve happened to her.
