i just broke my ankle and wrecked stuff well in there, tore off 'strings' etc...what the hell am i going to do now? this sucks hard when the snow just keeps coming down outside... what activities can one do to kill time besides training??
shit that blows dude...id recommend getting as much head as possible playing some Xbox, pS2 whatever....and going out and findings some ladies. Not much you can do.
buying brand new skis and using them on rails is like buying a new car and driving into telephone poles.
Ski tips up!
damn its like the first 2 weeks of the season.... that must suck so bad.
knock on wood
i was skating yesterday, and then it hit me that i should be at home lookin at ski film trailors instead of riskin a fucked up knee for the season.
Jibberish: Minimizing my grades since 2004.

Gretzky gets the rebound. he feeds the puck to LeClair. he shoots! he scores! the crowd goes wild
injuries suck. i was progressing a lot last season but then i broke my leg in march. but like the other guy said, getting a girlfriend helps a lot to take your mind off skiing. but still, it sucks, cuz nothing's better than skiing.
my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.
i fucked up my ankle. i had surgery and was in a cast/boot for 8 weeks but im almost all better now
Let us have a revolution

SKI FOR LIFE!

Let us have a revolution
i hear ya man. i rebroke my arm last month and had to get this shitty surgery on it. what i suggest because its been working so far:
1-play video games as much as possible
2-smoke mad weed (and if you get caught just use the it was medicinal excuse)
3-triple your suggested daily intake of calcium
4-learn to tune your skis and then start an undergound ski tuning company(mad cash flow to support step 2)
other than that it just takes time good luck
i stubbed it chowbox and it feels like my collarbone did when it was broken...kinda just hangin there
thats rough nbcskier, my friend just had surgery on his foot for breaking it. the good thing is that the recovery doesnt take as long as other bones so hopefully your season wont suffer too much
yah that sucks, sorry, you should get an xbox and halo2, that will take up all you're time. i just bruised my hip and rocked my kidney hardcore landing on my side on solid ice, not really comparable, but it still sucks...
