Xbox Game Share / License Transfer

Xbox game sharing is downloading some else xbox profile to get DLC's and arcade games from their account so one person doesnt have to pay for it. The content is kept on the account as well as moved to the other account. Does anyone have some DLC's like Minecraft or Black Ops 2 they'd like to let me download from their xbox account. I'll even paypal anyone who lets me license transfer their account $5. Help a brotha out!

Almost positive you can only license transfer 1 time every 365 days, which would mean that if someone gave you the licensing, that person would be screwed for a year. I am not 100% positive though.
