Ski boot help....fast

I leave for canada at 1 am 2morrow, and i just bought a new pair of boots 3 months ago...i just put them on to make sure they still fit...and the left boot is fine....but on the right foot it feels like my pinky toe is getting crushed and the toe is now sore from wearing em....any ideas to make some more room for the toe?

If there are any hockey shops near by they make be able to bake the boot and stretch it a bit.

^haha. He's in canada. Of course there is a hockey shop nearby. Probably a 24 hour one.
