i don't get stressed in terms of like school work and stuff very often. if i do, i just go lift weights or kick a soccer ball around and that does wonders for me.
i do get stressed during soccer games or hockey games or lax games though, but when i do i get angry, and when i get angry i play better.
i get really stressed over personal relationships though - friendships, people i care about, etc. when it happens i usually just call whichever person it is that i'm stressing over, or go hang with them if possible, and tell them that they're really important to me and they mean a lot to me. it confuses people a lot at times but in general i'd like to think it makes them happy.
