Underrated Food

What food do you really enjoy, but hardly anyone knows about?

A few off the top of my head are:
- Frozen fruit (Mixed is best)
- Popcorn with mustard
- Blood oranges
- Bokchoy (With a pinch of salt)
- Bagelwhiches

Pomegranates, but are they underrated? Idk. Either way, favorite food, and no one eats em. And another one that I'm not sure if it's underrated or not is a BLT. I hardly hear about those anymore, and they are sooo tasty

animal fats

so long has mainstream media demonized them when they are actually some of the healthiest fats out there especially when you heat them. I use duck fat, ghee(clarified butter), lard, bacon fat, and tallow(beef fat) for the large majority of my cooking now. They're all delicious, good for you, and apart from bacon fat all have very high smoke points.

Ill use olive oil, but only in its raw form, as it oxidizes when heated. The only vegetable fats that ill cook with are coconut oil and avocado oil, but coconut oil is quite expensive, and avocado oil even more so.

My mom (still in high school) cooks salmon 4 out of the 7 days every week then chicken breasts for two more days and then she'll make something like pasta or something. My mom is the best cook I know, but I'm so sick of salmon. Ewww docosuqyhzldamaosk ....but anyways...I'd say that breakfast Amish cassoral is the most underrated. It's so delicious

salmon ceviches really good too, thats not really raw or cooked though, its kind its own thing.

I dunno salmon is amazing no matter how it is prepared (unless overcooked then i get angry)
sashimi (although i prefer tuna), smoked, foil-baked, cream cheese and bagels, fish in general is too good
