The best natural highs

For me the best highs are, in order:
1. Laying down in bed when you havent slept in forever
2. Quenching your thirst when you are incredibly thirsty.
3. Jumping in a pool when you are hot.
4. Warming up when you are cold
5. Sex
6. Eating when you are really hungry.
7. Pissing when you have to go really bad
8. Dumping when you have explosive diarrea

The order is up to discussion but i think this is a good starting point

Midway through a set lifting when your body is tired but you can overcome it and push out more reps than you have done ever before. Best feeling once you rack the weights. Also, chicks mirin' you at the gym.

Riding the chair up the first run of the day.

Sunny day, driving, sunglasses on, windows down, jamming out to music.

Walking out of work on a Friday when you have good plans for the weekend.
