Bank of America.
Fees are slightly lower than quite a few banks.
Main reason is that when I travel, they are part of the Global Banking Alliance and it's free to pull out money in nearly every large country with a main bank. They use the same exchange rate that google posts too. Super nice. I figured out that my friends were paying $1.60 per euro by exchanging cash at the air port. I was paying $1.31 by using an ATM. And if you use your actual debit card for a transaction, the fee is only 1% which is lower than a lot of other banks.
Not sure if in Utah, but if you ever plan to travel internationally, there isn't anyone better that I know of.
