Is the POC receptor worth buying?

I'm on the fence about buying the receptor bug helmet. Is it worth the money.? If not what are some alternatives?

The ones I saw were $100+. For $75 you could get a Shiv 2

definitely, i had one last year and im pretty sure it saved me from a hardcore concussion, slammed my head against a box so hard my poc shattered. got a new one. and they look good also.
