Dude, that was great. Awesome stuff.
The only thing I noticed is that your whitebalance wasn't super consistent throughout the edit. I don't know how much you can do in post with WB, but some shots were a little off (not too bothersome and probably unseen by the trained eye.)
Great stuff man! My only suggestion would be to fade out the car audio at the very beginning when Stacy begins talking and bring it back up again when you cut back to the bus stop. To me, it seems awkward and out of place to hear the cars passing while watching the shot of her speaking at the wedding.
That was ohmygod so amazing and I want you to shoot my wedding in like 10-15 years please? haha but seriously that was incredible. My favorite part was when the kids held up the picture frame to contain the couple. Cute as hell. Great work
If NS had an anus this thread would be pounding it. -sndyrvr
Hello future me,
I had no expectations for you. So anything you have done is a plus for both of us. Good job! -iAfterBang
Man, that was fucking excellent. I'm sure they're going to be blown away by it. I loved the shot of the father of the bride's face at about 2:23, great job for really capturing that.
all it would be is dubstep and kids talking about weed. bunch of flat brims or kids wearing touqes titled back half over their head, and probably wear their coolest street wear t-shirt and shoes..kids complimenting each others sweeeet kicks like a bunch of bitches. also talking about waht sweeet gear they buying this year, even tho they bought new shit last year. coooool. -geteducated
Iím not sure how many youíve done of these before but this is definitely professional quality.
Music choices were spot on, and it was a fantastic mix of shots to make it stand out from the stereotypical wedding video.
Loved the kids holding the picture frame and the camera motion.
6.00 was really well done.
Thereís a change in grading t 2.19 when she comes down the stairs, not sure if thatís the one you were going to fix?
And I found it a bit strange that the pictures of them together were before the actual ceremony? I can understand the groomsmen/bridesmaid shots before the wedding, and Iím not sure if thatís the actual order things went on the day, but I always thought it was traditional for the groom to see the bride until she walks up the aisle. So that put me off a bit.
Iím not sure if that messes the whole thing up or not in your head, so sorry!
thanks for your feedback, the grading bug is actually the reason why I asked for specific things to improve. I had to re export so I figured I might as well fix other things also.
I know what you mean about the images of them together before they get married. I hesitated about this a bit but decided to go with it for a few reasons. I looked at a lot of wedding videos and it seems a lot more common than I thought. Also, I see this video as more of a glorification or a dream state than a linear story like in a documentary form. Because of this, I decided it was ok to do so because it adds to the emotion.
To the person above, I came up with the concept to recapture the day they met. They wanted the video to talk about it, I evolved the idea into being an homage to the day.
Interior Crocodile aligator, I drive a chevrolet movie thee a-tor!
Awesome work! looks like you put in solid effort on this! few bugs that you've seemed to notice already mentioned. other than that there were a few color grads that i didnt like in particular but you can't always please everyone! keep up the killer work! I've always thought about shooting weddings, you did a very impressive job!
Great job! I'm curious, did you have other people working with you? I feel like that would be quite the undertaking by yourself. Also, what was the time frame in which you did all your filming?

there'd probably be NOTHING more terrifying than facing an army riding moose. They're fucking huge, aggressive, unpredictable and fast. Mount up.- gordie.$
That was really really great, you've created something for them that they will really cherish for a long time.
Only suggestion is that a lot of those shots look just about 10% underexposed in the highlights, but the shadows look good and still maintain their information well. I would brighten up a lot of them in the highs and mids, or add a little contrast as well so that your shadows don't come up with them.
wow, that was really freaking awesome. I loved that. I saw a couple things, during the beginning I thought that the voices of the bridge were off, but that could've been me. Also most of the shots were underexposed, and during the ceremony, when the bridge and groom were talking I think that the voice sometimes peaked, try and lower the audio gain. And finally, you missed the groom's "I do"
Other than that, I thought that was a really amazing video.
