Best $300-$500 camera for home video
My sister recently called with this question and i've been the DSLR game for awhile now so I'm not really sure what the best option is for her. Does anyone have a recent camcorder that they would recommend. Decent audio/nice quality/onto a SD card preferably.
Any requirements? Small? Low light? High fps etc.
nah not really man. She's married and has a kid, so it'll mostly just be used for home video/events that I can't make it to (otherwise I'd just film). She's not really into cameras, so something that's user-friendly.
sorry for such a shitty thread, just trying to get my sister the best deal/camera and I respect a lot of NS'ers input
I'd definitely suggest you take a look at the panasonic tm700, at the upper end of the price range but its an awesome camera, my dads got one.
Canon Handheld camcorders are nice. The M series is a great value.
