Have a lot of the people recommending ASU ever been to Tempe? I think the school is horrible. I will give credit for the hot bitches, warm weather, and party life but what else does it offer? The academics are horrible.

Of those you listed, I would say Oregon.

Oregon and Washington both sound pretty good, but what are you majoring in? Academics weigh a lot more than scenary.

Do you want a college experience? If you want an experience, ASU for sure. Job recruiters love ASU because the graduates have above basic social skills. I've heard UO isn't what most people expect it to be, but the hype comes from their athletic programs. If you want to enjoy every second of college, I'd bet ASU is the place, but if you want to ski- WWU hands down. You should look into UA though, it's just as much fun as ASu but it's a better school. The campus is way nicer as well.
