Quick GoPro Question

I lent my GoPro to a friend the other day, and it's in some setting where as soon as it turns on it shoots. I can imagine this is going annoy me soon, so I just wanted to know how to restore the a GoPro hero HD to factory settings? I probably should know this, but I pretty terrible with technology.

Sparknotes - GoPro Hero HD shoots as soon as it goes on, want to restore factory settings, don't know how.

had the same problem! super annoying. It's something in settings, theres a way to go to setting as soon as u open it (if u dont it just starts taking pictures or recording) and then u just gotta change something in the settings. I don't rememeber what it is but if u go through the manual and jsut read the description of the stuff in settings, im sure u can figure it out. thats what i did.
