If park what type of features do you like to hit?
If groomed, what type of turn shape do you like to make?
How do you like a ski to perform?

I'm 6' 190 and I have the 176s but it all depends on your personal preference. They're a super light ski that no matter the size you can kill it in the park and stiff enough for bombing runs on the mountain. if you're used to a smaller ski then 176 is a good size for you but if you already have something bigger jumping up to the 181 shouldn't be very hard to do.
