CURE to Shin Splints/Bang and Ankle pain..

anyone have any remedies to cure some gnarly shin bang/splint and uber sore ankles?? i ski everyday and this shit is just getting rediculous!

cut up some pieces of search bar and wedge them in between the shell and the liner in front of your shins, should work

also shin splints and shin bang are completely different things

Shin splints and shin bang arent the same.


1) Your boots probably dont fit.

2) Stop landing backseat.

3) Booster Straps over your liner but not the shell.

4) Searchbar.
