Why does my pointer finger hurt so damn much

Ok so NS I really need your help

The tip top of my pointer finger really fucking hurts if it touches anything and I dont know why!! I don't remember falling on it skiing or anything like that.. It's been a couple days now.

inb4 soak it in bleach
inb4 sticking it in pooper jokes

Hey got his nail caught on his anal beads and tore the part of it off. Then vasalined the shit out of his finger (literally) so that it wouldn't catch next time (Reason it's all soggy).
