im very glad that this happened and he didnt try to drag it out. this was the honorable thing to do and i think it is what is best for the country.

I wouldnt have been happy with Kerry winning the electorals and not the popular anyways, it would have been like using Bush's tactics.

kerry needed over 85% of the provisional ballots and he knew he wouldnt get them, seein is how the most % demographic was philly with 75% i believe, so he conceded, honarably, but bush is not good news

I dont think it was Bush's plan 4 years ago to lose the popular vote, but the founding fathers chose the electoral college for reason and I suggest you look that up and see its obvious advatages.
