Everything healed up perfectly fine! Only thing I've noticed is that my max for my squat dropped by 100 lbs. At the end of my weight training class the year after my injury my bench and squat max's were the same and my teacher wanted to fail me. But now things are pretty much back to normal.
I guess another thing is that I lost all feeling from my lower thigh to my but on my right leg about the size of a football. And I have a pretty gnarly scar.
