So i ordered some true twins in early november and have sent quite a few emails back and forth with campbell but feel like hes giving me the run around.
On november 27th, 3 weeks after i ordered and having heard nothing from him and no tracking number or skis at my door i emailed him and asked him what was up. he told me that the new canadian skis were late and he was offering people an exchange for two pairs from the elan factory, struck me as a little odd but i had no reason not to believe him. He said the skis would be shiping the week of the dec 9th, well that week came and went and no skis, a few emails later and on the 19th he said the skis would be shipping the current week. Now the next week still no skis or tracking number and im starting to get suspicious, i understand its the holidays and all but i ordered my skis 2 months ago and this is just getting ridiculous
So i guess my question is:
Did anyone else order ninthward skis this year and if you did have you received them yet? or are you getting a story something like mine? Anyone been in a situation like this and could offer me some advice? All i want is my pair of skis or a refund because i need a pair for the season and this ordeal is really putting a damper on it.
