I dunno though... I mean there are lots of skiers out there, and magazines aren't distributed all that widely in the grand scheme of things.

Its super easy that he could have just missed it. I mean you wouldn't even be looking for this, you'd have no idea that there is a cover shot posted of you.

Ya i agree. Just weird. I would think a friend would of seen it or something. I'm not saying its certain but a skier that is committed enough to grab first chair at alta has to at least glance at powder magazine.

Only came out two weeks ago, so they fully could have simply not seen it yet. The hype of this is only starting now too - so its right at the forefront.

That is why we should all be trying to join the search. We need to see if this is a newschooler, or someone close to us that we can break that news.

Imagine how good this dude is going to feel?

I dunno... I feel like its plausible he'll avoid the attention. If he was their for first chair(s) midweek I wonder if he's the type that just doesn't want the credit or acknowledgement.

But I agree with Bishop... he could certainly not have seen it YET. And I mean... who wouldn't be pumped to say they were on the cover of Powder, the photo annual mind you!!

Yeah this has been all over TGR for a while, the photog is basically a semi pro guy who is also a mag and he snapped that shot riding the chair.  Nobody knows him. 

Can you imagine being on the shitter all La-Di-DaOHMYGODI'MONTHECOVEROFPOWDERMAG

honestly i really dislike this photo. for the cover of the photo anual?!?! i mean there are some bangers in the mag that coulda easily made a better cover. but just my 2 cents
