I haven't taken a dump in nearly two weeks, is this healthy? Im trying to produce the biggest shit possible, but I'm a little worried of the implications of this.
I used to have a fear of shitting anywhere other than in my home. I went to Europe for 12 days and didn't poop. When I got home I took the most rock hard, bone dry, and enormous shit of my life. It took about 20 minutes and my asshole bled
Got sick when i was 10 and didnt poo for a week, They gave me laxatives but I stil couldnt shit. 10 days went by and finally i used more force than i had ever imagined and shit. It was essentially a realistic version of South park the shit was one solid shit and was touching my toliet seat. I fell over afterward. I obviously dont have pics from 9 years ago but i assure you it happened
Honestly eat vegetables. When i am skiing i eat a solid mcdonalds and ski lodge food diet and my shits are either null or they are purely toxic. But when i get home i just eat a ton of carrots/salad and my shits become the healthy sausage shape again and I rarely have to wipe.
Assuming any of this is true, I would encourage you to find a digital scale, and weigh yourself before and after so that you know the exact weight of the specimen. Try not to pee if possible (or pee beforehand) because that will cause an inaccurate reading.
It's is from something called "The Gothenburg run", a half-marathon in
Gothenburg, Sweden. The 18 year old guy decided that he wasn't going to
stop running, even though he had shat himself after just 20 minutes. He
did NOT wan to stop, and like the proud and noble Swede that he his his Scandinavian viking powers aloud him to finish it in 1:09:43. Maybe the lubrication even helped him.
