How are they for riding and durablity. Not any particular ski, but just in general how is the brand itself? Are they decent? It doesn't look like they have a sidewall cap and they have a shit ton of camber on some of their park and all mountain siks.
I've owned Thirteens and 191 3.Zeros, and skied the 188 Alias(Agent 100). They were all good skis. Typical topsheet chipping, like you will see on any vertically laminated ski.
Bases were pretty tough, as were the edges. The Thirteens and 3.Zeros are heavy, but they're also hudge. The Alias was surprisingly light and nimble.
Yeah I mean maybe just the faction skis i've seen but they seem to like break and delaminate hardcore. But then again i've only seen 2 people own them and both of them had them breaking on them. So I just didn't want to biased to them.
I also heard that they are a stiffer ski much so then a lot of other ones.
faction make great skis, really burly, basically the ON3P of Europe. Ive had the wednesdays for a couple months now and they perform great, minimal topsheet chips, bases are still smooth and no edge cracks. Ive been hitting park with them as well as all mtn.
Hey - stoked to see interest in Faction - I hope you don't mind us adding to the conversation, as obviously we are biased! But I just wanted to say that we do offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can just give us a shout if anything does happen. Happy shredding.
