Well take the bindings back to the shop you got them from and let them warranty them for you. If you got them online then take them to a dealer and have them send them away for you(be ready to pay though). Make sure you have your original receipt, you will need that for a warranty.
As for the ski, thats not a warranty, you skied into a treei, no manufacturer will cover that. I sucks but you will have to get new skis. But you will be without bindings for a while if you warranty them anyway, so you have a little time (6-8 weeks usually) to find a deal on some skis.
