Get a tattoo: writing

If you had to get one tattoo, and it were the only one you could have on your body, what would you get?

You would be forced to get writing. Any letters, numbers or symbols allowed.

Correct. 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 run, all timed, cut-offs throughout if you're not meeting time requirements.

that's actually pretty nice. if it's what you want then go ahead, but if i were getting it, then i'd probably leave out the speech marks, if that's what you meant by accents. they only show that it isn't coming from you. by leaving them off, you show that it comes from your true self. (and i guess you could add them on later, if you wanted haha!)

i've always thought words written in tibetan looked really sick. this one is Shamatha and Vipashyana, which is serenity and insight. obviously the lines are usually way cleaner and more defined

I'm a fan of tattoos with strong emotional meaning - therefor I would struggle to find a line of text to fill that space...

But if I had to get text, I would get the initials of my family members "carved" into the existing back piece I have, that represents my family tree and the changes/challenges we have encountered.

I don't know that I'd ever get this tattooed, probably wouldnt, but I've always LOVED the line from this song by unwritten law:

Maybe I'll get that across my ass cheek someday.

But, I've always wanted to get vintage wood skis along my groin/hip line (I know not text)-- one on each side--the desire to get this has waned though...

...and my husbands name somewhere as a surprise someday....suggestions welcome.

that sounds dope actually. simplistic, meaningful, and interesting.


similar to the "Don't forget to love yourself" tattoo up above i'd get the quote "home is where the heart is" tattooed down the inside of my left forearm in sweet cursive, maybe a different language but not sure which yet.

then potentially later on i'd get "so don't go outside" tattooed somewhere else on my body in a different language, maybe chinese going down the back of my calf.

I want to get "You'll Never Walk Alone" which is the title/punchline of a speech about our school community and soccer team a very respected coach made before I played and now pretty much everyone in the program knows most of the speech by heart. A lot of my friends from the team are most likely also going to get it. Still dont know where to get it though... I don't want it too obvious, but I don't want to hide it on my foot or anything
