Skiing with a recovering dislocated shoulder
I could use some advice. Had my first dislocation about 2 and a half months ago. Went through PT and just finished it, still doing excercises on my own. We all know that in our sport shit happens and once this happpens again it will keep happening more and more frequently. Yesterday I had a fairly minor spill and broke my fall with my injured arm, it did hurt but didnt pop out. I'm currently affraid to land switch off a big jump because when I land at all off center switch on a big landing I tend to throw my arms out (have seperated both shoulders like this.) Anyone have some advice on how to continue progressing while preventing the same shit from happening?
