Looking to do a park/all mountain ski. I do a bit more park then all mountain. Sixty percent park, forty percent all mountan. but I want to have that option aviliable if I do step ouside of the park to go do a bit of groomers and light powder (under 2 feet).
I'm thinking either the the Line Chronics or the 0N3P Jeronimos
Problem is one is more park oriented and one is more big mountain oriented.
My question How does the chronic do outside the park?
And how do the Jmo's handle in the park?
I'm more of a rails type person so thats my park style. I do a little bit of spins. And I'm 5'10" 155

In my opinion the Jmo is the better "quiver of 1" ski. The chronic is really park/groomer oriented, while the Jmo will be awesome on groomers, awesome in some pow, and still be a blast in the park. The reason for this is the amount of rocker on the Jmo and the extra width will give you much more float in the pow, but it's still light and nimble in for the park. It's not going to be a super fast spinning ski at 101 underfoot, but it'll still spin and you'll get used to the extra width quick enough to learn how to whip it around quickly. Not too mention, the Jmo has a way more durable construction, so it'll last longer.
The Jmo shots from Karl's PBP segment really show the versatility of that ski:

Very nice information. Good call.
I think that really shows the side of Jmo's that I was looking for.
Where they the ski that he was hitting rails with or were those the filthy riches?

Green topsheets were Jmos (the ones during the jump to quarterpipe feature), brown topsheets were filthys (most of the rails).

The green topsheet's were FR too.
As far as the J-mo....there is nothing "big mountain" about it. It is however a SOLID all mountain ski with the ability to slay it anywhere. I have even skied 8 inches of pow on them

Not all of them, I know he had a pair of Jmo topsheeted FRs that he used in that Windells edit, but you can tell most of the time you see the Jmo topsheet in his PBP part it's actually a Jmo.
Doesn't really matter anyways, Jmos kill it everywhere.

Don't quote me on this, but I do believe the chronics are softer.

Karl has been testing some different prototype skis, but he has Filthys, Jmos and Filthys with a Jmo topsheet. We're really just out to utterly confuse you when it comes to identifying a ski.
