As long as you aren't fitted into them by a proper bootfitter the feel of a boot wont be of great value.
I mean as you don't have any knowledge about boots or the proper fit of boots yourself (no offense) a size bigger SPK would prob also feel great
And about the 350 euros, I'd rather find a way to get a higher budget and get properly fitted by a reputable bootfitter than ending up buying another pair of boots because they dont fit you right.
I believe that there are only two reasons that anyone skis in bad fitting boots : completely insensitive feet or a poor level of skiing
You might be lucky that the nordica's are indeed the boot that suits you but I doubt it as youve only tried on boots of two brands.
