Sort of relevant but a few months back i heard this track by a guy named captain Murphy. He was rapping over a lunice and Hudson mohawke track and sounds pretty dope. Similar flow to Tyler and his gang but couldn't find any info on him at all and nobody knows who he really is or who he is with. Anybody got any info on him? Id link the song but im on my mobile, captain Murphy - shake weight (TNGHT)

I like em all, Tyler is fucking hilarious, and Earl, Domo, and Hodgy are amazing rappers, and Frank is extremely talented. When Tyler is serious he's good too. Has anyone heard his verse on "I'm a Hater" by Waka Flocka? It's fucking great

They're all kind of doing their own thing. I like Domo. He's the one I find to be most relevant to what I listen to. He's on some DZA features and other rappers like that so I like him.

Frank is probably the single most talented hip hop artist of our decade; yes I said it. Tyler is sick but don't take anything he says seriously. Hodgy and Earl can keep a beat like no one else. Left is hilarious, Mike G fucking kills it, Domo is so smooth, Jasper and Taco need to stop smoking weed, and Syd makes the best beats. Oh, and Lucas is good at selling t-shirts, lol...

Not really. Interesting enough 2 of my favs from the 2000< are eminem and aesop.


But there's a lot of really, really, really awful shit out there. I think some people think just because they're black they are automatically a great rapper.

I think the issue here is that a lot people that hate them just hate the fact that have gotten a lot more popular and in a way mainstream. I liked them 2 years ago and hell i still do regardless of if little teenagers love them
