So I'm at a similar level at both skiing and snowboarding where I can hit pretty much anything inbounds and am at an intermediate level in the park. I currently only own a pair of park skis, but I am considering buying a used snowboard set up. Is there anyone on here who does both? Do you think I can have a good time switching back and forth, or will it be more fun to pick one of the two and stick with it? Thanks for serious replies.
I learned to snowboard last season and started hitting boxes and smaller jumps. I thought it was way fun. Awesome to do both so you don't get too burnt out on one!
Yeah, I don't personally don't do both but there are lots of people who do. Banks Gilberti does both and he rips hard. Do it up if you really feel like it.
Thanks. Good to hear. There's definitely aspects of both that I like, like the stability of skiing or the ability to Ollie while snowboarding. I'm just can't decide if I want to continue to snowboard or just ski.
I do both but am way better at skiing but I can go anywhere on mountain on a board but can't charge as hard when i'm on skis. I like to board when I'm riding with friends who aren't on my level as I am when I ski.
i do both. i have both skis and a pretty nice snowboard. you should definitely buy one if you want to have any chance at getting pretty good. other wise it will still be fun no doubt, but only your skiing can really progress
