im completly drup free, smoked a lot of weed in highschool and now i kinda over it. I like being healthy and fit. I mnot sayinging you can't be in goodshape if you smoke weed but your lung capacity just can't be as good if you didn't smoke, im thinking more in the effect of the smoke than what weed actually does to you
